Canon EOS 5D Mark II review

I used a 5d almost daily for 2 1/2 years and was totally delighted with it, the 5d2 is better in many ways is worth getting. It is so easy to use and trouble free in general use that it feels like the "magic camera" that can do no wrong - almost like a point and shoot except that the quality and speed are very high. The world that I can take pictures in is much much larger now with this piece of equipment. The high ISO performance is spectacular, 3200 is actually pretty good, 6400 can be used too. 100 is amazing.Silent shooting feature with live view is useful for stage work as a way to keep the noise down.Sensor cleaning and auto ISO much appreciated.Long exposures seem much better with this camera.More accurate battery indicator is a nice touch.Love the camera.Problems:High ISO (expanded range ) of 125000 and 15000 are pretty useless. except in dire need.Focusing in very low light is slow.Video is limited in flexibility re the f stop selectable, very loud recorded camera noises from internal microphone, lack of flexibility re auto focus in video mode. Nonetheless the video feature is wonderful to have. The proprietary battery is extremely expensive and at this time no after market replacement batteries are available .I find manually focusing with the kit f4 lens quite difficult because of the dim image in the viewfinder and manual focus is often necessary in low light.Would like a "T" setting for the shutter and some means of adjusting the pressure required to fire the shutter and engage 1/2 press.
