My Christmas present was a 580ex for my Canon 30d. Took some pictures at Christmas. Camera in Program mode. When I snapped the shots, the pictures looked great on the LCD. Pictures taken in RAW mode.I load the pictures on the computer. My Adobe Bridge camera raw settings are not on automatic. All slides are zero.When I view the pictures in Bridge they all are underexposed. Not the same pictures I viewed in the LCD. If I select auto on brightness, then the pictures look like they did on the storage card via the camera's LCD.Any suggestions.Mark -- Mark Chapman

The LCD can be very deceiving. Suggest you set the review to show the histogram, which will give you a more accurate idea of the exposure. Page 115 in the manual will give you a few pointers.Mark
