Anyone have any doubts that the lens will be able to handle that sensor?

I don't know, this is the 16-35 mk II on a 5D. Ignore the moire on the roof, it's due to downrezzing the image. The "posted" sign is almost readable and I'm guessing with the 1Ds mk III sensor you might get even more detail on the sign. Given it's pretty close to the edge of the frame, I was kind of impressed when I noticed it.-Tim
