Hi,My 2 years old Nikon D7000 has developed a typical problem since last 4 weeks. The issue is both the Menu and Preview buttons does not work. Nothing shows up in LCD until I reset to factory default settings. Once I click the factory settings both Menu and Preview starts working but again it stops as soon as I take a picture or switch off the camera. I have fully recharged the battery as some forum suggested and it did not work. I removed the battery and kept the camera on for a week but did not fix the issue either. To get the menu or see the preview I have to click/ reset factory default every time which is very annoying. I would really appreciate if someone knows how to fix this issue.Thanks,DS

I got the same problem from today!cant even reset factory settings (green buttons) as also the zoom button is KO.Did you find a solution?

I have had good luck in the past emailing Nikon Tech support.
