Sounds almost like the chip isn't being read by the camera. Maybe a loose connection between chip and contacts on the lens, except you say it works fine on other bodies. Or maybe one of your body contacts isn't making proper contact with that particular lens.

This is issue going only with D-lenses.Your aperture lever stuck ... This lever located on the rear side of your lens.
