Z9 and a biplane

My buddy has a Stearman biplane which he flies often. He takes up veterans whenever possible. Another lucky one got a ride today. All the static shots were with 70-200. All the flying were with the 100-400. All handheld (a little shaky) here and there. Super quick 15 minute edit. Could smooth the footage a bit more in post.Loving the Z9

I'm an airplane lover, that this is so fun to see - thank you.  Which software do you use for your videos?  You mentioned smoothing the footage.

Never played with a video in my life, so this quick edit is pretty good to me. Be a blast to be there and shoot. Be great to ride in it too, but I think I'd poop myself or something.

In adobe premiere there is an effect called 'warp stabilizer'. Essentially it slightly crops the frames, frame by frame to straighten them out. Doesn't always work but does a great job when it does. Some footage can be too shaky. It would work on these pretty well but the 120p footage takes a LONG time since it goes frame by frame.Ernie Misner wrote:I'm an airplane lover, that this is so fun to see - thank you.
