What does the 1/2 [every other point] really mean.it at first sounds like only half the points get used until you read it and is says 1/4thso is it 1/2 or 1/4 HMMM:-|NOTE can't seem to find answer via Google.Is this at typo or correct

Every other in one dimension would be 1/2. In two dimensions it could mean 1/4.
