I must say that not having a cat (or two) deprives you of practice material around the house...OTOH, when I was in California (LA area) lizards were everywhere, so I set out bowls of "Lizard Bait" (meal worms) and practiced on the lizards that came around.... (I didn't have a cat back then). As you have demonstrated here, almost anything can make an interesting photo.I like the second photo a lot... First thing I noticed was that people in Florida drop their gum on the sidewalk just like people in Connecticut do.. Then I started to wonder "whats in that bag, hanging from the bike"?..Granted, it wasnt deep important thinking, but it held my attention for more than a few seconds. It made me think about the nature of people, so I think its a good shot. The "attention to detail" made it important. If you WANT a cat, there are several feral cats in my back yard right now I would be glad to put in a sack and send to you...
