Changing the Sony Ent. Network Login

I purchased a used A7S with SEN apps on it. Unfortunately, the sign-in has the previous owners' information for login. Is it possible to change the login without losing the apps?Any details appreciated.

The camera is a computer - and buying the hardware does not give you permission to the installed software. So the seller would have to give you his permission - unless you have a sales contract that says something else, the licenses are his property rather than part of the camera. Besides, there is the matter of transferability of licenses bought online. Depending on the country of purchase Sony may or may not be required to transfer licenses on request...

Buy once and use on multiple cameras works.

I guess I was not being clear. The software is not being transferred to another camera. The original purchased software remains on the camera. I just need to change the userid/login.I guess I should have contacted Sony to start with.Sorry.

Unless it has:a) been intentionally sold as part of the camera (in which case the original owner would give up all rights to use that license on another camera) andb) this all happened somewhere where the law regards online purchased licenses as transferable (or Sony does voluntarily transfer licenses even where they are not required to).
