Tips for challenging shooting situation

Dear alli'm planning to participate to one of these "Electric Runs" :http://electricrun.ae/en/Basically a 5K fun run, happening at night, where everybody wears those flashy neon clothes and tubes and stuff. It is not timed and the fun part is more important than the run itself, so i was thinking to bring my photo gear and do some fun shooting. But the conditions will be very challenging : very low surrounding light, bright neons, movement...I think there are shooting opportunities like light trails, or portraits of people under colourful neon lightning...I'm planning to bring my A7rII, FE 55mm f1.8. (the 24-240 will probably have to stay home since it won't be bright enough...maybe i could borrow an FE 28mm as well for group shots).Any shooting tips or ideas ?

Accidents happen, someone bumps you - and off your A7rII goes for weeks/months.
