Sony 18-135

Whatever lens I try, this lens always ends up back on the camera. It is quite simply the best all-rounder I have found. For a zoom the IQ is exceptional. If I could only have one lens, this would be it.Check out my Flickr for sample images. I always include EXIF.Francis https://www.flickr.com/photos/150224213@N04/

Nice photos. I have been thinking a lot about picking up the newly released x100v as I enjoy that focal length and using it as my walk around camera and selling my other lenses to fund a 18-135 that will pretty much be permanently attached to my a6500 for my backpacking/fishing/snowboarding trips.

The 18-135 is such a great lens.  Mine gets a lot of use too. It's size makes it great for everyday shooting with my kids.

I for one am amazed at how small and light Sony was able to make this APS-C lens. It has a great feel in the hand, and punches above its price in terms of image quality IMO. This lens I believe is perfect as a daytime walk-around or other times when you just don't want to fumble with lens changes.

I just got this lens today together with a new camera as a present from my husband (very early Mother’s Day/12.5 years anniversary/birthday gift) and I can’t wait to try it out!Your pictures are great!

It is a great kit lens.I have faster and better primes but the 18-135mm always ends up being used a lot.
