Real time tracking is supported by the latest adaptor BUT not for all lenses. You should check whether your lens is capable of these faster AF speeds. There are probably compatibility lists.My suggestion: Buy the Sony 70-350G. It is quite affordable (500€ used), a modern design, very fast AF. I use it on my A6400 to shoot wildlife and I am very happy with it. Great IQ too.
