What’s the first Sony apsc with more than just contrast detection

I’d like to get into e mount and a lot of the older cheap cameras are just contrast af. I see cheap Sony a 5000 around from time to time but they are still contrast so what’s Sonys first budget mirrorless with more than just contrast

There are times where a bright sunny day made viewing almost impossible.  I wouldn't want to be without it on my main camera, but as a backup or a pocketable travel camera? The a6000 would be better still , but it depends on the OP's budget , it would be helpful if they stayed their budget , as ones persons idea of budget isn't another's .The A6000 and A5100 seem to be about the same price. Go for the 5100 if you want small as possible, the A6000 if you can, or the Nex-6 if you just need the cheapest possible.  Different tradeoffs!
