Why link to and refer to Rice High's site, though? These rumours are available elsewhere.

I HOPE all that's right David -- ESPECIALLY the K-5N. THAT'S the camera I've been waiting for, I think, NOT this slower (possibly noiser) 24MP K-3 (unless specs AND reviews can convince me otherwise)! Jeff -- A word is worth 1/1000th of a picture... Maybe that's why I use so many words!

That all sounds great. How reliable are Mr. Rice High's predictions?Cheers. Ernie

tele is supposed to be on the way; but most of us - I think - would prefer a decent wide prime (not a toy lens).

Or something like that ..

Hi guys,I would like to just state that I have no bias towards or otherwise the Rice High site, I'm just interested in the solid future of Pentax for all of our sakes, and when I saw the posts, naturally I was pleased and "hopeful" that they will be right,so I wanted to share it with you all, even if he is a controversial figure. I always used FWIW, because I don't know what it's worth either. -- Thanks, Dave's clichés

We should know by the 9th that is usually when pentax releases there news. -- - Gear Listed in "About Me"

If Pentax announces a full-framer soon, it will take sales away from the K-3. Some potential K-3 buyers will just wait for the full-framer. So I suspect that, even if the full-framer is coming, it won't be announced until the K-3 has been on sale for a while.Joe

Starting to look like another Rice-Low puppet ...

... they are likely stolen from another source (like everything he posts).ernieFwrote:That all sounds great. How reliable are Mr. Rice High's predictions?Cheers. Ernie

Interesting logic... Canons' 5DIII and Nikons' D800 are cannibalizing sales of 60D's and D7000's. If and when the Nikon D600 hits the market at the rumored price point, Pentax/Ricoh will not even have a full frame market. The D600 is the camera that will cannibalize Pentax sales. You snooze, you loose....
