As I have said elsewhere, when I die no one is going to give a fig about about any of the photos I have taken and my kids will be tossing out the hard-drives as fast as they can. If in the meantime someone steals a photo then good luck to them. I'm here for the photo-sharing anyway, and who am I to be bothered abut who's sharing them. I've policed a few other people's photos and hope the favour may be returned one day - but that's about the most I wish for.

I just signed up. Thank you so much for the initiative you took there! But: Behind the activation link in the first email lies a completely different link from what is shown in the email. In the email the shown link begins with: "h_ttps://micro43.org/u/activate-account/..."The link behind that begins with: "h_ttps://fifibaf.r.bh.d.sendibt3.com/tr/cl/..."What's up with that? I copy and pasted the top link (which worked), the other looked a bit fishy to me.Edit: I inserted an underscore in the links because I couldn't get the automatic links removed.

I would expect them to do it for you and if they don't I'd probably be wondering if I should get my hosting from someone else. You could also see if they do a free ssl certificate (your web address will start https: instead of http: - this gets rid of the 'not secure' browser warning. My hosts allow me to secure my domains with certificates by Let's Encrypt - they do not charge for this although I have to administer it myself. It's a simple checkbox in control panel.

Unlike FaceBook which owns your content when you post it. I have a FaceBook account so people can find me. It's content-free. I give Zuckerberg nothing.
